Since 2019, the iHEALTh framework has guided SANBS to remarkable achievements in operational excellence, digital transformation, and clinical innovation. As we conclude this chapter in FY25, we are transitioning into a new era: ‘Serving with Heart’, a people-first, customer-centric strategy that places donors, patients, and healthcare partners at the core of everything we do.
