As we close the chapter on FY25, SANBS is excited to introduce the new strategy for 2025 to 2030

Strategy 2025-2030 signifies a significant shift from emphasising operational excellence and product leadership to prioritising our customers—donors, patients, and all stakeholders. This new direction, encapsulated in the theme ‘Serving with Heart’, transforms our strategy into more than just a plan; it serves as the engine that drives purpose into meaningful impact.

Since 2019, the iHEALTh framework has guided SANBS to remarkable achievements in operational excellence, digital transformation, and clinical innovation. As we conclude this chapter in FY25, we are transitioning into a new era: ‘Serving with Heart’, a people-first, customer-centric strategy that places donors, patients, and healthcare partners at the core of everything we do.
